## Billing FAQ

**Is billing monthly or annual?**\
Both are available. Annual billing offers a **20% discount** compared to monthly.

**How do I upgrade or downgrade?**\
Go to **Settings → Billing → Change Plan**. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

**What happens if I exceed my seat limit?**\
You'll receive a notification and a 7-day grace period to either upgrade or remove team members.

**Can I cancel anytime?**\
Yes. Cancel in **Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan**. Your workspace remains active until the end of the paid period.
