AI Features
AI Project Assistant
Access the AI assistant from any project by clicking the ✨ AI button in the project sidebar. The assistant has full context of the current project — tasks, milestones, team, and budget. Ask it questions like:- “What tasks are at risk of missing the deadline?”
- “Summarize what’s been completed this week.”
- “Draft a status update email for the client.”
- “Which team members are over capacity right now?”
Smart Task Breakdown
When creating a project milestone or deliverable, click ✨ Suggest Tasks to have AI generate a task checklist based on the deliverable description and your agency’s historical patterns. Example: Entering “Brand Identity Design” generates:- Competitive analysis
- Moodboard (3 directions)
- Logo concepts (round 1)
- Logo refinement (round 2)
- Color palette & typography
- Brand guidelines PDF
- Final asset delivery
Content Brief Generation
In the Content Calendar, when creating a new content item, click ✨ Generate Brief to pre-fill the content brief with:- Audience targeting
- Key messages to convey
- Suggested outline
- SEO keyword recommendations (for blog content)
- Tone-of-voice guidelines based on your workspace’s brand settings
Proposal Draft Assist
When creating a proposal, click ✨ Draft Scope and describe the project in plain language. AI will suggest:- Deliverable list with estimated hours
- Recommended project timeline
- Risk factors to include in the proposal
- Suggested pricing based on your historical invoices for similar work
Meeting Notes Summarizer
After a client meeting, paste raw notes into the Meeting Notes field and click ✨ Summarize. AI extracts:- Action items (with suggested assignees)
- Decisions made
- Open questions to resolve
- A clean summary suitable for sending to the client
Setup
AI features are enabled by default on Growth and Scale plans using Nextoria Hub’s shared API keys — no configuration required. For Scale plan customers who want to use their own API keys (for compliance or higher rate limits):- Go to Settings → Integrations → AI
- Enter your Google AI Studio API Key (for Gemini)
- Click Save
Privacy & Data
AI requests are processed by Google’s API. Your project data sent to the AI is
not used to train Google’s models. See Nextoria Hub’s Privacy
Policy for full details on data handling.
