Absolutely not. You can invite unlimited clients to your portal on every plan.
Billing is based on internal team seats only. Clients don’t count against
your seat limit.

There are 5 built-in roles: Admin, Developer, Designer,
Marketer, and Client. Permissions are enforced at the API, middleware,
and UI level — team members only see what’s relevant to them, and clients
never access internal data.

Invoicing runs through our native Stripe integration. You can create
branded invoices, send them directly to clients, and track payment status in
real time. Revenue analytics and expense tracking are built into the same
dashboard. Your Stripe account is connected directly — Nextoria Hub does not
hold your funds.

No. Our white-glove onboarding team handles the entire migration from Asana,
ClickUp, Monday, or Notion for you — free of charge on the Growth plan. We
handle project data, task history, and file organization. The migration
typically takes 2–5 business days depending on data volume.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is
strictly role-based and enforced at multiple layers of the application. The
Scale plan adds SAML/SSO, audit logs, and optional self-hosted deployment for
organizations that require full infrastructure control.

Yes. On Growth and Scale plans, you can configure a custom subdomain (e.g.
portal.youragency.com) via a CNAME record. SSL is provisioned automatically.

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required. If you’re on a paid plan and experience a service issue on our end, we offer prorated credits. We don’t offer refunds on used billing periods, but you can cancel before the next renewal date at any time.
