Billing FAQ

Is billing monthly or annual?
Both are available. Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my seat limit?
You’ll receive a notification and a 7-day grace period to either upgrade or remove team members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your workspace remains active until the end of the paid period.
